NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
By participating in the Piccolinos Haircuts Halloween Nintendo Switch Giveaway (“Giveaway”), each entrant agrees to these Official Rules.

Piccolinos LLC is referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sponsor.”
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Giveaway begins on September 7, 2026 and ends on October 31, 2026 at 6:00 PM Eastern Time (“ET”)(“Promotion Period”).
All required entry actions must be completed before the Giveaway closes.
Entries submitted or completed after the closing time are not eligible.
The Sponsor's records and Instagram activity associated with the official Giveaway post will be used to determine whether an entry was timely submitted.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the State of Florida who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have an Instagram account that complies with Instagram's applicable terms.
Persons under age 13 are not eligible and should not enter.
By entering, each entrant represents that the entrant is at least 13 years old and, if under 18, obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian before entering.
Sponsor does not require advance submission of parental-consent paperwork from every minor entrant. Parental permission and eligibility will be verified if a minor is selected as a potential winner.
If a participant under 18 is selected as the potential winner, the participant must appear in person with a parent or legal guardian before the prize is awarded. The parent or legal guardian must confirm permission, approve acceptance of the prize, and sign the Sponsor's prize acceptance and parental-consent documentation.
Employees, officers, directors and persons directly involved in administering the Giveaway, together with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To receive one valid entry, an eligible participant must complete ALL of the following during the Promotion Period:

Follow the official Piccolinos Haircuts Instagram account:

Step 2 — Like the Giveaway Post
Like the official Piccolinos Haircuts Halloween Nintendo Switch Giveaway post.
Step 3 — Comment and Tag Five Different People (friends)
Leave one comment on the official Giveaway post tagging five different Instagram accounts.
All five tagged accounts must be different from one another.
The entrant may not count their own Instagram account as one of the five required tags.
Step 4 — Repost the Giveaway Post
Use Instagram's native Repost feature to repost the official Giveaway post.
Step 5 — Include the Giveaway Disclosure and Hashtag
In the repost note, write:
“Entering the @piccolinoshaircuts Halloween Sweepstakes 🎃🎮”
and include:
The purpose of this wording is to make clear that the repost is being made in connection with a prize promotion.
If Instagram changes, removes, materially limits, or does not make the Repost or repost-note feature available to a particular entrant, Sponsor may announce a substantially equivalent free method for satisfying that requirement.
All five requirements must be completed for an entry to be considered valid.
5. ONE ENTRY PER PERSON
There is a limit of:

for the entire Giveaway.
Additional comments, tags, reposts, visits to Piccolinos, purchases, appointments, salon services, product purchases or use of multiple Instagram accounts do not create additional entries or improve the entrant's odds of winning.
Sponsor may count only the first otherwise-valid entry and disregard duplicate entries.
Attempts to manipulate or circumvent the one-entry-per-person limitation may result in disqualification.
6. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase, payment, appointment, salon service, product purchase or other financial transaction is required to enter or win.
A purchase from Piccolinos Haircuts will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
The entry requirements are the same regardless of whether the entrant is, has been, or becomes a Piccolinos customer.
7. PRIZE
One confirmed winner will receive:
One new Nintendo Switch console.
One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) confirmed winner: one (1) new Nintendo Switch console. No additional Nintendo Switch consoles or grand prizes will be awarded.
The exact model, color, configuration, retailer and available purchase option will be selected by Piccolinos LLC in its discretion based on retail availability at the time the prize is purchased.
Promotional images are for illustrative/reference purposes only and may depict a model, color, accessories, screen image or configuration different from the prize actually awarded.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”):
Not more than $350.00.
Unless Piccolinos expressly states otherwise, the prize does not include games, subscriptions, additional controllers, accessories, gift cards or other items that may appear in promotional images.
No cash alternative is available.
The prize is non-transferable before delivery except at Sponsor's discretion or where necessary for a minor winner's parent or legal guardian to accept the prize.
If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.
Any taxes or other obligations arising from receipt of the prize are the responsibility of the winner or, where applicable, the winner's parent or legal guardian.
8. RANDOM WINNER SELECTION
After the Promotion Period closes, Sponsor will compile or electronically access the eligible entries associated with the official Giveaway post.
One potential winner will be selected at random using a computerized random-selection process or reputable social-media Giveaway selection system.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid eligible entries received.
Sponsor may record, screen-record or otherwise preserve evidence of the random-selection process for transparency.
Selection as a potential winner does not mean that the entrant has officially won the prize.
All eligibility and entry requirements must first be verified.
Sponsor will retain reasonable records of the random selection and winner verification for at least 90 days following conclusion of the Giveaway.
9. VERIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNER
Before being confirmed as the official winner, the selected potential winner must satisfy all Giveaway requirements.
Piccolinos may verify that the potential winner:
followed @piccolinoshaircuts;
liked the official Giveaway post;
submitted one qualifying comment;
tagged five different Instagram accounts;
reposted the official Giveaway post;
included the required repost disclosure and #PiccolinosHaircutsHalloween2026;
complied with the one-entry-per-person limitation;
is at least 13 years old;
is a Florida resident; and
otherwise complied with these Official Rules.
If Instagram privacy settings or platform limitations prevent Piccolinos from directly verifying a requirement, the potential winner may be asked to provide a screenshot or other reasonable evidence showing that the requirement was completed during the Promotion Period.
Sponsor may request reasonable proof of age and Florida residency from a potential winner.
Failure to complete requested verification may result in disqualification.
10. MINOR POTENTIAL WINNERS
If the selected potential winner is between 13 and 17 years old, the entrant's parent or legal guardian must:
confirm that permission to enter existed before entry;
confirm the minor's eligibility;
approve acceptance of the prize; and
sign the Sponsor's Prize Acceptance, Eligibility Certification and Parental Consent documentation.
The parent/legal guardian must accompany the minor in person to claim the prize.
If the required parent or legal guardian does not provide the required consent or verification, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected.
11. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted from the official:
@piccolinoshaircuts
Instagram account.
Sponsor may publish a general notice that a potential winner has been selected but will not identify a minor publicly without appropriate parent/legal-guardian consent.
The potential winner must respond within:
48 hours
after Sponsor's first notification attempt.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, fails eligibility or verification, refuses the prize or otherwise violates these Official Rules, that entrant may be disqualified.
An alternate potential winner may then be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
12. SCAM PROTECTION
Piccolinos will never require a winner to:
pay money;
purchase a salon service;
purchase a product;
provide online banking credentials;
provide a credit-card number;
pay a processing charge
in order to receive the Giveaway prize.
13. PRIZE CLAIM
The confirmed winner must arrange pickup of the prize in person at:

Reasonable identification and proof of Florida residency may be required.
If the winner is under 18, the winner must appear with a parent or legal guardian.
Unless Sponsor approves another arrangement, the prize must be claimed within seven calendar days after the winner is officially confirmed.
14. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE DOCUMENTATION AND PUBLICITY
Before receiving the prize, the confirmed winner — and for a minor, the parent/legal guardian — will be asked to sign a Prize Acceptance and Eligibility Certification confirming eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, and receipt of the prize.
Piccolinos may separately ask permission to photograph or record the winner at prize pickup and use the winner's name or likeness in Piccolinos-owned social media, website, email or in-store materials.
Publicity authorization is optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize.
For a minor, any publicity authorization must be signed by the minor's parent or legal guardian.
15. DISQUALIFICATION AND FAIR ADMINISTRATION
Sponsor may disqualify an entry that does not comply with these Official Rules, including:
duplicate entries;
fraudulent or automated entries;
fake accounts used to manipulate the promotion;
impersonation;
attempts to circumvent the one-entry limitation;
manipulation of the winner-selection process; or
failure to complete required verification.
Sponsor will not arbitrarily remove or disqualify an otherwise valid entry.
16. INSTAGRAM AVAILABILITY AND TECHNICAL ISSUES
Sponsor is not responsible for Instagram outages, unavailable features, deleted or suspended accounts, platform errors, interrupted internet service, technical failures or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
If Instagram materially changes or removes a required feature before the Giveaway closes, Sponsor may announce a substantially equivalent free method of completing that requirement through the official Instagram account and/or website.
17. PRIVACY
Sponsor will use information obtained during winner verification only as reasonably necessary to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, award the prize, maintain reasonable business records and comply with applicable law.
Persons under age 13 are not eligible and should not submit personal information in connection with this Giveaway.
18. INSTAGRAM DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, each participant acknowledges that Instagram is not responsible for administration of the Giveaway, winner selection or prize fulfillment and releases Instagram from claims arising from or related to the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Questions regarding this Giveaway should be directed to Piccolinos LLC, not Instagram or Meta.
19. NINTENDO DISCLAIMER
Nintendo is not a sponsor, administrator, promoter or endorser of this Giveaway and is not affiliated with Piccolinos LLC in connection with the promotion.
References to Nintendo and Nintendo Switch are used solely to identify the prize.
20. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, platform changes, legal requirements or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially interfere with fair administration.
If the Giveaway is modified or terminated, Sponsor will handle existing eligible entries in a manner intended to preserve fairness and comply with applicable law.
Nothing in these Official Rules permits Sponsor to fail to award an advertised prize where applicable law requires the prize to be awarded.
